CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

  • Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Cancellation requests can be made by emailing our customer service team at [customer.service@varaakie.com].
  • Please include your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Post-Shipment Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may refuse delivery or follow our return policy after receiving the item.

Refund Policy

Store Credit Refunds

  • VARAAKIE does not offer cash refunds or returns to original payment methods.
  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order.

Refund Processing Time

  • Store credit for canceled orders (pre-shipment) will be issued within 3-5 business days.
  • Store credit for returned items will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items and Scenarios

  • Orders marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for refunds.
  • Promotional discounts used on the original order will not be included in the store credit amount.

Payment Errors and Double Charges

  • In the rare event of a double charge or payment error, please contact our customer service team immediately with proof of the error.
  • Legitimate payment errors will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Gift Orders

  • Store credit for returned gift items will be issued to the gift recipient.
  • The gift sender will not be notified of the return.

Special Circumstances

  • In cases of items received damaged or incorrect items shipped, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  • These cases will be handled on an individual basis.
