RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Thank you for shopping with VARAAKIE. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Time Limit for Returns & Exchanges

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Return or exchange requests made after the 24-hour window will not be processed.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size issues only.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchange items are subject to availability of the desired size.
  • If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds or returns to the original payment method.
  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit to be used on future purchases.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at [customer.service@varaakie.com] within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange in your email.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Excluded Items

  • Accessories and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return/exchange after we receive your item.
  • Store credit will be issued via email once the return is processed.
